UNHCR’s Registration and Case Management System: An Introduction to proGres

This webinar, held in December 2020, gives an introduction and live demonstration of proGres, UNHCR’s registration and case management system. The webinar showcases the types of data stored in proGres, how proGres is updated, and includes answers to questions from UNHCR and WFP colleagues on different aspects of the system.
