The Joint Hub’s paper on mixed methods for better targeting explores how combining qualitative and quantitative methods enhances targeting accuracy, strengthens community engagement, and reduces errors. Drawing on four case studies from joint UNHCR-WFP targeting and prioritization approaches, the paper shows how integrating both qualitative and quantitative methods enhances targeting accuracy, fosters community engagement and acceptance, and mitigates errors.
