Upon receiving a request, the Hub will organize an introductory call with both UNHCR and WFP Country Office teams, along with relevant Regional Bureau and headquarters counterparts. The initial discussion will help clarify the operational context, identify needs, and explore how the Hub can best support. 

Subsequent discussions will guide the development of a Scope of Work document, which will outline specific deliverables and define the respective roles of the UNHCR and WFP country and regional teams, as well as the Hub.
